1. Feeding a Husky puppy
Feeding is especially important because a young Husky is still very small and its body functions are relatively weak. If it is not cared for properly, it can easily become sick, so the owner has a responsibility to provide good daily care. Feeding frequency should depend on the puppy's age. In general, a Husky under three months old should ideally be fed four times a day because it is in an active growth stage and needs sufficient nutrition. Between four and six months, one meal can usually be reduced, because at that stage the puppy eats more at each meal and grows quickly. After six months of age, feeding twice a day is generally enough. By the time a Husky reaches about two years old, one meal a day may be sufficient for some feeding schedules, and it is best not to let the dog become overly full, since overeating may lead to indigestion or food sitting too long in the stomach.
